This blog is an experiment in using publicly available technology to help a grass-roots collaborative effort. In this case the grassroots collaborative effort is a health co-op or community health centre for the lower mainland of British Columbia. And what does that mean? Well, this blog is meant to help us answer that question.
Over the course of the next few days we hope to post a few more articles on ways we can use this blog. Stay tuned.

I've just learned, tho, that my computer needs some "basic maintenance" so that i can unload an old flashplayer, and install one that will enable me to run videos again...
larry - you think this is something i dare do on my own - or can i mess things up more...?

You should be able to do this yourself. Flash is pretty self-installing. Just follow the on-screen instructions. Let me know if you have a problem.
